Adopt this cooking from 'Nasi Lemak Lover aka Sonia' in her blog. But mine turned out to be too dark as I did not follow her cooking measurement as I am cooking only for both of us. I've missed out to reduce the seasoning and this is the results of being forgetful...

Thanks for trying out, actually you need to adjust the seasoning accordingly, difference brand of soy sauce has difference level of saltiness ..Happy Cooking!
