15-12-2011 ENCORE Nyonya Prawn Pineapple Curry

I'm cooking this again and the results is AWESOME! It taste better than the first time cooking with the reduce coconut milk and dry chilies...




p/s: this is steam lap cheong with garlic and chili padi...its so simple and delicious...

  2. Yes Lena this is from Sonia's blog. I cooked once but I've added too much coconut milk in it so the gravy turned out to be too thick. This time I only add in RM0.50 coconut milk bought from the market and the taste is just nice. Sour pineapple has become a sweet one.. Thanks to Sonia for her wonderful recipe :)
