Jelly Mooncake Part 2

Two of my mooncake turn out to be good! but not the cream corn type is now its look more like pudding to me :( Ive not tested this both flavor yet cuz i am waiting for him to have the share together tonight :)

    Hi Melanie,
    Firstly, thanks for visiting my blog and following me, a pleasure indeed. It was from there that I got to know you. So, you are into jelly mooncakes too, you have interesting flavours. How many flavours did u make altogether? To date (for this year), I have made 4 of them. It's a bit unfortunate that your Pandan sweet corn didnt turn out nice, maybe it's the recipe that you followed.

    Hi Lite Home Bake,

    You are welcome. The sweet corn is actually my own creation but I guess it did not turn out well is because I did not add in much jelly powder / strips. But the taste is good tho. So far I've made only two successful flavor for grass jelly and syrup. I've created the green tea flavor picture taken but I've not uploaded it yet. Maybe I'll make the cendol flavor. My only concern is....I've not so 'pro' to make the fillings yet. Still learning :)
