I don't know why this wat tan hor has so many names...In Penang they called it Char Hor Fun, as for penang the char hor fun comes with koey teow (flat noodle) with beehoon and the gravy is WITHOUT egg and if you order those with egg you have to pay extra...in Taiping, my hometown we called it wat tan hor and as in Taiping its all comes with egg in the gravy..perhaps...this is the different.Anyway, we had this for our lunch today..and its a rainy day~~~~

9-2-2012 Toast pizza bread
On my last visit back to my hometownduring CNY my mom has taught me how to make the delicious toast pizza bread. I was not a toast bread fans but after I've tried what my mom has prepare for me I fall in love with it! Immediately after I came back to Penang I bought a new sandwhich maker and started to make the toast bread.

I adapt this cooking by following the recipe in Women's Weekly FEB 2012 issue magazine. It caught my attening at the first sight so I took this long weekend holiday to make this. It taste like raddish cake.
