ENCORE: Tu Kar Chor aka Pig Trotters in Vinegar
It's been a week or more since the last I blog here. Now I am back in action! Was thinking to make this tu kar chor this weekend. Supposed to plan it for tomorrow's cooking but I ended up have to attend a training at Eastin Hotel maybe will postponed it to Sunday cooking.
